Our Mission

ArtWyrk exists to help artists, makers, crafters, designers, writers, and other creative entrepreneurs spend less time managing their businesses and more time creating.

Our goal is to build tools that empower creativity—not replace it.

Eligibility

• •You must be at least 13 years old to use ArtWyrk.
• •If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• •All activity that occurs under your account
• •Providing accurate account information

You agree not to impersonate another person or create accounts using false information.

Ownership of Your Content

You retain ownership of all artwork, writings, business information, images, files, notes, and other content you create or upload to ArtWyrk.

ArtWyrk does not claim ownership of your creative work. By uploading content to ArtWyrk, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI Services

ArtWyrk includes AI-powered features and assistants designed to support creative entrepreneurs. These assistants may include:

The responses generated by AI are intended to assist you but should not be considered legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make using AI-generated information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ArtWyrk to:

• •Infringe another person's intellectual property
• •Upload malicious software
• •Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• •Disrupt or interfere with the Service
• •Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• •Use the Service for fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The ArtWyrk name, branding, logos, interface designs, software, AI systems, graphics, and original content created by ArtWyrk remain the exclusive property of ArtWyrk unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of ArtWyrk's intellectual property.

Third-Party Services

ArtWyrk may integrate with third-party services including:

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ArtWyrk is not responsible for third-party services or outages beyond our control.

Beta Features

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ArtWyrk during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
